At Personal Care Space, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate the return process.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return and partial refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • It must be kept securely in its original retail packaging.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase or your original order number.

⚠️ Hygiene Note: Due to the personal nature of our products (such as oral hygiene tools, tongue scrapers, and skin massagers), items that have been opened or used cannot be accepted for returns due to health and safety regulations.

Refund Process & Fees

Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If your return is approved, we will issue a partial refund for 47% of the total price paid.

This specific refund amount accommodates the deduction of our original shipping costs, processing fees, and other warehouse fulfillment services incurred during delivery.

Return Shipping

Refund Timeline

Once your returned item is safely received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your partial refund.

If approved, your 47% refund will automatically be processed and applied directly to your credit card or original method of payment within a standard billing cycle (typically 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution).
